Through these activities, FODSE hopes to equip its members with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the field of data science.

The inauguration event will feature speeches from the club's founding members, as well as from distinguished guests in the field of data science. The event will also include interactive sessions and activities for attendees to learn more about the club's goals and activities.

The event is open to all SVCE students who are interested in data science and engineering.

FODSE's PEER MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

The Forum of Data Science Engineers (FODSE) club at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering (SVCE) has announced that it will be launching a peer mentorship program for students interested in data science. The program will provide a unique opportunity for students to learn core data science concepts and techniques from their peers who have demonstrated proficiency in the field. The program is set to begin in March.

The program will consist of weekly mentorship sessions where peer mentors will guide participants through core data science concepts such as data wrangling, statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization. The program is designed to be interactive and hands-on, allowing students to work on real-world data science problems and projects under the guidance of their mentors.

The program is open to all SVCE students who are interested in data science, regardless of their prior experience in the field. The club's leadership team emphasized that the program is not intended to replace existing coursework or academic programs, but rather to provide an additional opportunity for students to develop their skills and deepen their understanding of data science.
